Description

This qualification provides the necessary trade outcome for performing wall and floor tiling in both residential and commercial construction settings, incorporating core units of competency that cover essential construction skills alongside specialized training in tiling.

Tilers master the preparation, cutting, and laying of various materials, including ceramic, glass, slate, marble, and clay, to install them on interior and exterior walls and floors, and may also be responsible for applying decorative finishing touches to their work.

Entry Requirements
  • Completion of Australian year 10 or equivalent (Subject to the assessment and approval of Baxter Admission team.)
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age and above.
  • Successful completion of pre training review (PTR)
  • English Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) skills appropriate to the course requirements.
